Legal Agreement
This document defines the rights of AskHediyem users and the legal boundaries of the platform. Please read carefully.

1. Parties and Acceptance of Agreement
This agreement is made between AskHediyem (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider" or "Platform") on one side, and the real or legal person who visits this platform, fills out the membership form, or purchases a service (hereinafter referred to as the "User") on the other side, to establish the terms of use for the software (SaaS) services offered by the Platform. From the moment the User accesses the Platform, they are deemed to have irrevocably accepted these terms.
2. Suspension, Closure, and Right of Termination
Please review this clause carefully. The Service Provider is a commercial enterprise operating on a sustainability basis.
Growth and Business Decisions: The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the Service at any time, without stating any reason, in the event the Platform fails to reach expected user growth, operational costs cannot be sustained, or purely for strategic business reasons.
Waiver of Compensation: In the event of permanent shutdown of the system, the User agrees, declares, and undertakes in advance that they will not claim any material or moral right/compensation from the Service Provider under names such as "loss of profit", "moral damages", "data loss compensation", or similar.
Refund Policy: In the event the system is shut down, any potential refunds for the unused portion of the User's active subscription period are entirely at the Service Provider's discretion. This does not grant the User any right to litigation.
3. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal "cannot be exercised in contracts for services performed immediately in electronic form, or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer".
Since subscriptions purchased through AskHediyem are digital services that become active and hold digital content immediately upon purchase, refund requests are not accepted after the purchase transaction is completed. The User is responsible for testing the service by building and reviewing their site with the live preview tool before making a payment.
4. Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer)
The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Platform will operate uninterrupted 24/7. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for access issues that may arise from maintenance work, server failures, or cyberattacks.
Responsibility for the copyright of content (photos, text, music) created by the User belongs entirely to the User. The User is the responsible party in any third-party copyright infringement claims, and the Service Provider reserves the right to seek recourse from the User for any resulting damages.
5. Governing Law and Competent Court
Turkish Law shall apply to the resolution of any dispute arising from this agreement. Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes.
"By continuing to use the AskHediyem platform, you are deemed to have accepted the above terms and waivers."
